What is Royal's registration procedure?
We request that models send at least one full face shot and a full length body shot. On the back of the photos, please indicate your age, height, size hair and eye color. Actors may send an 8x10 headshot and resume. Please include a cover letter including your contact information (address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.) Absolutely no phone calls or drop-ins!

When should I expect a response from the agency?
If we are interested in representing you, expect to hear from us within 2 weeks. If you do not receive an acceptance letter or phone call, resubmit your materials in 3 months.
Will my photos be returned?
No. All photos are non-returnable.
Is Royal affiliated with Barbizon Modeling & Career Center?
Yes! We invite Barbizon graduates to register with the agency. Royal is Barbizon's placement assistance service and is available to all Barbizon graduates.
What are Royal's credentials?
Royal is a member of the Better Business Bureau and supports that organization's goals in the community. Royal is licensed by the Illinois Department of Labor.
What types of models/actors does Royal represent?
We represent all types including all ethnicities, all sizes, all ages (starting at age 4).
Does Royal have a height requirement?
No.
Does Royal charge a fee to represent me?
Absolutely not! Once you book a job, the agency will take a percentage (15% or 20% commission) from your payment.
Does Royal hold open calls?
No. Submit photos by mail only.
What if I'm not tall and thin?
Many clients prefer tall, thin models for runway and high-fashion print work because of the sample sizes of some of the garments. But petites and plus size models work very well for commercial print, TV and more!
